    书还好,理念是通过放缓生活节奏来增加思维的清晰度。但是书里最重要的概念free flowing mode ,作者并没有真的解释清,或者告诉我们如何实现这种状态。我的理解就是人有两种思考方式,一种是逻辑思维,另一种是不通过思考用直决做判断。用直觉做判断只能在精神非常放松的状态下才能达到,即必须要给自己足够的时间,而不是强迫自己没准备好就做决策。这就是slow down to the speed of life. 04-21
