    很轻薄有质感的小书,文字优美,更多像有透着生命哲理的散文。我一直弹奏乐器时有一种顾虑和浮躁,在乎别人的评价以及期望完成练习任务。希望下次弹奏时能带着更平和享受的心态。对于欣赏音乐,这本书也有不少启发,比如通过更沉浸式的聆听发现音乐与歌词中的闪光点。也让我联系到音乐在人类社会早期是用来与神灵沟通的,有一种神圣的力量和魔法。也许是以一种频率的形式在世间存在,也因此和颜色有一定的关联,比如人体脉轮可以通过颜色观想与音乐聆听进行加强。04-02
