    核心观念就是,传统的年度目标是低效的且无用的。最主要的原因是一年的时间对大多数人来说都是显得长了和充裕的时间,也就是帕金森定律的体现——当你有充足时间的时候,总会放慢到相适应的节奏,最终还是到很后面才开始完成。new year resolution就是如此,并且大多数人都是年初动力满满,慢慢到中端优哉游哉,到了年末又突然发现——原来这一年并没有完成多少目标,就这么漂流厮混度过了。作者提出来的方法是,把传统心理上的一年结束是12月31日,提前为12周,以周为中心计划。废除传统的年度 → 季度 → 月度 → 周计划 → 日计划,把12周当做一年。其实就相当于削减层级,变成只做季计划 → 周计划 → 日计划。01-17
