    结构有些乱,不太容易理清思路,内容也比较跳跃。话题倒是挺广泛的。重点在于认识到运气对于成功的作用,并且最大化理解和利用不确定性和均值回归,同时谨防黑天鹅。在技能部分,用好的激励和程序(checklist etc)来培养技能12-22
