Admittedly, mindful eating is a good means of conquering Eating Disorder, at the mean time, suggesting medication is necessary as well. But as I see, taking the medication won’t go on for long (concerning on one’s kidney injury...), keep learning ‘Mindful’ eating do no harm I guess:)11-16

A practical guide to mindful eating. 作者鼓勵飲食障礙患者透過靜觀與身體及心靈溝通,重新建立和食物的健康關係。可惜內容冗長,同一個食物靜觀練習竟敢一字不差地重複三次(葡萄乾、巧克力、自選guilty food),讓我懷疑作者是在騙稿費。結果忍無可忍兩倍速讀完。03-19
