豆瓣评分只有6.8,低的有点过分了。看短评很多人说夹带私货,甚至质疑人家哈佛医学院的含金量,无语了。我觉得这书把人体衰老的原因和机理讲得极透彻,点出aging is a disease的颠覆性看待衰老的角度,很多人却只想知道长生不老的药方,甚至有人建议直接跳过第一章,直接看结论,偏偏这书最大的科学价值就在第一章,阐述衰老形成的机制以及他作为科学及是怎么推断验证的。全球顶尖的科学家认认真真把自己的研究历程写出来,竟被说成是啰嗦带货的神棍。要知道开长生不老药方的人才是神棍啊。01-02

啰嗦得不行,google了一下information theory of aging 的图片,然后里面搜到一个论文一个图表总结了作者吃什么补剂,lifestyle(间歇性断食,限制碳水,少吃红肉多吃素,锻炼,避免过度暴露于紫外线、X光、CT, 不抽烟,cold exposure, 维持BMI,除了补剂没有什么新意,一查作者果然有不少利益冲突。当然NMN可以通过亲身体验判断下,不过上面这个lifestypd的变量太多,同时变化就没法测NMN的功效了。https://www.researchgate.net/publication/343562143_The_information_theory_of_aging_Hacking_immortality01-28
