开头讲verbal功能的重要性、对人情绪的影响/backfire,以及内在对话和外在交流的关系很有趣:包括working memory、自我控制指令的功能、paralysis by analysis、向外诉说负面情绪、social media 带来的变化etc。后面关于如何控制负面chatter很有启发,验证了一些平常的体会,也有解释和修正。核心是Distancing,不是detach 不是变钝感或盲目自信etc,而是从更远更大更客观的视角上获得更多perspectives,被科学研究证实之外,更有一种有一种宇宙之中大我、无我的美感。从这一核心演生出来的许多具体效应及总结的tools很实用。09-13
